Curriculum
1. Are You Ready?
Before jumping in, we’ll help you assess your firm’s readiness to grow. Our quick questionnaire looks at key areas like financials, team structure, and business processes to make sure you’re set up for success.
2. Eight-Week Growth Program
This hands-on, eight-week journey gives you the tools and insights to grow your business through strategic recruitment. You’ll dive into topics like value proposition, deal structure, and staffing structure—all while learning alongside peers and gaining insights from expert instructors and guest speakers.
3. In-Person Workshop
After completing the program, you’ll come together with fellow Sanctuary advisors for an interactive, in-person workshop. Share your recruitment pitch, learn what’s working for others, and walk away with a sharper strategy and stronger connections.
4. Executive Assessment & Certification
To wrap up the program, advisors will complete an executive assessment—delivering a live presentation that showcases their skills. You’ll present your value proposition, walk through a sample deal structure, and pitch your firm to a potential recruit. You’ll receive real-time feedback from experts, and upon passing, you’ll officially become a Sanctuary Enterprise Partner Firm.
