Curriculum
1. Readiness
Our readiness questionnaire assesses your firm’s ability to take on new firms. It covers financial stabilization, employee structure, business processes, and more to discover whether your business is in a position to be successful.
2. Eight Week Program
Our eight-week curriculum takes you through everything you need to grow inorganically. You’ll learn about strategic recruitment, crafting your value proposition, understanding deal structure, and more. Throughout the program, you’ll meet with other advisors and learn from expert instructors and guest presenters.
3. Onsite Workshop
At the conclusion of the 8-week curriculum, advisors will connect in person with other Sanctuary Advisors, hear their recruitment pitches, and refine their strategy in a collaborative environment.
