Josef Rogers is a Director of Corporate Development at Sanctuary Wealth, where he is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic partnership and acquisition opportunities across the wealth management industry. He works closely with advisor teams, firm leadership, and external partners to support Sanctuary’s growth initiatives, succession solutions, and long-term strategic development.
Since entering the independent wealth management industry in 2018, Josef has held finance and M&A roles focused on transaction execution, valuation, and strategic growth initiatives. He graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Statistics. Outside of work, you will find him spending time fishing and working on his golf game.
