Reilly Cornell serves as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Sanctuary Wealth, where she helps lead the firm’s M&A strategy and transaction execution efforts while supporting broader corporate development initiatives. In addition to evaluating and executing strategic partnership opportunities, Reilly supports Sanctuary’s partner firms in achieving their growth and succession objectives.
Prior to joining Sanctuary, Reilly was a Principal on the M&A team at Bluespring Wealth Partners, where she focused on the evaluation and execution of RIA acquisitions and strategic investments. During her time at Bluespring, she evaluated more than 100 acquisition opportunities and executed over 15 transactions across the wealth management industry. Earlier in her career, Reilly worked in Citi’s Investment Banking division, advising energy companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and capital raises.
Reilly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University. She currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana and enjoys running, Pilates, cheering on the TCU Horned Frogs, and spending time with her pug, Patricia.
